What it costs, in plain terms
The most common complaint about learning apps is not the price — it is being charged without warning. So the rules are on this page, not in a footer.
If and when we start charging
- No silent renewal. A renewal notice goes out before a card is charged, not after.
- Cancel in the app. Whatever route sells you a subscription, the same number of clicks cancels it. No email-us-to-cancel.
- Cancelling keeps what you finished. Completed lessons and an issued certificate stay yours and stay verifiable.
- Price changes apply next term. Never mid-term, and never to a payment already taken.
- Refunds. Within 14 days of a charge, if you have not completed the programme, ask and it is refunded.
These are commitments about how billing will work, not a description of a live billing system. There is not one yet, and this page will change the day there is.
What we do with your data
- Your lessons are generated from your Skill Assessment answers. Those answers stay in this app.
- Lesson text is produced by a model API. Your prompts in the playground go to that API to be run and marked. Nothing is used to train a model.
- You can export everything or delete the lot without asking anyone.
